Preview Online starting Tuesday after 5:00pm and running up until 5:55pm the day of the auction.

Inspection

Inspection is the most important item in making your bidding decision. Most of our auction items are not tested. Electronics are plugged in to make sure they light up and that is the extent of testing items. Remember there are no refunds that all bids are final.  You need to closely inspection, research and find information to make sure the  is acceptable for bidding

Live Auction

Each auction begins with our auctioneer making a series of announcements about the auction.
Please listening to the announcements as these often provides information about purchased merchandise and other items that may persuade your bidding decisions.
All Announcements are made prior to the start of the auction and this will superseded any other announcements made the day of auction.  If you have questions feel free to please ask one of our staff.

Item For Sale at Auction

The auctioneer will begin to sell the first item. The Auctioneer will announce the lot number and read a brief description of the item or items being offered for sale.
The auctioneer will verify if there is a proxy bid or live internet bid, if there is a bid this will be the opening bid.
Opening bids from the Internet represent bids that have been placed on the item over the internet for the past week by other bidders that are not attending the auction in person, or it is a person bidding live as the auction is going on.
The auctioneer will ask for another higher bid from the live audience.
The auctioneer continues with the process asking for bids from all participants until the bidding ends.
When  bidding has ended, the auctioneer will say “SOLD”.  This means the item is closed for bidding no more bids will be taken.  The Auctioneer will instruct the Clerk how much the item sold for and the bidder number.
This continues  until all items have been sold.
We normally run anywhere from 175 to 225 lots  per hour are sold at auction.

Online/Proxy/Live Bidding

A full online catalog is available on our website  on Friday prior to the live auction event.
The catalog setup is a Complete listing of all items.
You may perform a search for a term in the search box of the website, make sure you set the auction house to Monday Night Auction prior to searching.
You may also search by entering any word for an item you are looking for, brand, model number, type, ect.
All of our items for sale have a description and/or photos. The description  include name brands and model numbers. Some  lots are described  if they are porcelain, glass, crystal,  and most of the time large items include sizes.
Descriptions may include condition statements such as Like New, lights up, most are not tested. Federal law governs auction sales and all lots are sold “AS IS – WHERE IS”. Simply stated “as is” means there is no certainty that the lot will be in working order or authenticity items a and “where is” means you will be responsible to remove the lot from the location it was sold.
If you purchase a lot that is not in working order, there are no refunds or exchanges.
We highly suggest that If you have an opportunity to preview the auction prior to bidding live, you should. If you are looking to buy a DVD player and you don’t have the ability to preview, we suggest you buy two or three. This buyer inconvenience is partially why auctions offer such great deals.
Auction  preview online is available starting Tuesday and finalized on Friday prior to the live auction. During this time, you may place bids on auction lots.
You will put in your maximum  bid, your maximum bid is the highest amount you are willing to pay for the lot.
Prior to the live auction you will receive an email if you were the high bidder and have been outbid. This will give you a chance to rebid on the item if you choose to.
Sometimes you will place a bid and once you submit it you are outbid, that means someone had a higher bid prior to your high bid. You may place an addition bid again at that time or watch the item and add a bid close to the end of the online bid time.
When the live auction has ended, you will receive an email only if you are successful.
