This auction house was established in August of 2007 by Dotti Rosier & Mary Warren, bringing a fresh approach to the buyer and seller aspects. We believe that an auction house can be run honesty and fairly with integrity and purpose and still achieve a successful result.
Monday Night offers a diverse collection every week of New, Used and Antique furniture, Major Brand Name Appliances, Firearms, electronics & tools.
Tuesday Night offers Antiques, Collectibles, New and Vintage Jewelry, Gold and Sterling Jewelry, Boxed Lots.
The auctions are held every Monday and Tuesday night at 6pm.
Preview Times are
Monday at 12:00pm (noon) till start of auction
Tuesday 9:00am till start of auction.
You can preview both auctions on Monday.
We are open Monday Noon to End of Auction
We are open Daily from 9:oo am to 5:00 pm Tuesday thru Friday.
Monday and Tuesday you use door 3013.
Wednesday thru Friday use door 3009.
No Children under 16 years old allowed during the auction.

No charge for your permanent bid card number. For in house bidding the
Buyer Premium is a low 10% plus state sales tax which is currently at 9.3%.
For Internet Live and Internet Absentee Bidding the Buyer Premium is 15% plus State Sales Tax which is 9.3%.
We do not take phone or in house absentee bids. If you wish to place an absentee bid you must do so on the internet.
If you have a Arizona State Tax ID number bring in a copy of Az Tax License.
There is not an added charge for using Credit Cards.
Internet Absentee bidding is available from Tuesday Evening until 3:00pm on the day the auction is scheduled live. Then at 6:00pm the live auction starts.
We do start listing auctions on Tuesday and the catalog is finish on Friday Evening. Absentee bidding works the same as if you were at the auction in person. You enter the highest amount you are willing to pay for an item or lot.
Once you enter your bid the computer system bids you from your lowest bid, up to your maximum depending if there are other bidder, online or live, interested in that same item. Your bid will never go over the maximum you set, and you can win for as low as your opening bid. Your bid will be advanced at the going increment of the live auction.
Live Bidding is now available from home or work and starts at 6:00pm on Monday and Tuesday.
